· The Contractor shall provide software development services that develop and maintain web applications such as SharePoint and websites for customers organization.
· The Contractor shall develop, create solutions, and customize applications such as SharePoint, Tableau, and ServiceNow.
· The Contractor shall reengineer software systems as required.
· The Contractor shall assess and validate SharePoint requirements across customer organization.
· The Contractor shall assess and validate web requirements across customer organization.
· The Contractor shall finesse SharePoint workflow architectures.
· The Contractor shall redesign the existing SharePoint applications to add new features, optimize, scale or improve stability and performance.
· The Contractor shall provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and content management support for customers SharePoint sites.
· The Contractor shall analyze business software and design specification for functional activities.
· The Contractor shall develop and write computer programs according to specifications to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data and information.
· The Contractor shall develop code, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.
· The Contractor shall closely coordinate and track risks, accreditation and reporting status across teams and perform maintenance on existing software products.
· The Contractor shall create new customer SharePoint sites.
· The Contractor shall process incoming requirements pertaining to access.
· The Contractor shall participate in ongoing customer projects to streamline account administration and data management.
· The Contractor shall write, design, or edit web page content.
· The Contractor shall confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions.
· The Contractor shall develop databases that support web applications and web sites.
· The Contractor shall respond to user email inquiries.
· The Contractor shall maintain understanding of current web technologies or web programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops or groups.
· The Contractor shall create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
· The Contractor shall ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
· The Contractor shall develop, create solutions, and work with a wide range of media using graphic design software.
· The Contractor shall work with HTML and CSS.
· The Contractor shall utilize graphics software including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
· The Contractor shall develop concepts by hand or with software and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font, style, imagery and layout.
· The Contractor shall collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing material.

Salary Range: Up to $230,000.00 per year

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:
· Demonstrated experience in software systems applications, design, development, and inter-connectivity.
· Demonstrated experience translating either initially ill-defined or increasingly complex system requirements into an end-to-end design for applications or databases that may involve multiple
interfaces to other applications or supporting systems and then work to fulfill these requirements.
· Demonstrated experience writing clear and concise technical documentation.
· Demonstrated experience building and enhancing partnerships with a diverse customer base, contractors, service delivery partners, and other stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience overseeing and conducting ongoing maintenance of industry applications including but not limited to JIRA, SharePoint, WordPress, and Domino.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
