Description:

Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

· The Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring and updating the customer approved request-tracking systems used for trouble reporting and access administration.

· The Contractor shall be responsible for administrative access duties pertaining to customer owned applications and databases.

· The Contractor shall provide support to applications such as Lotus Notes and sensitive data handling.

· The Contractor shall work collaboratively as a team and be actively engaged across the IT enterprise in support of the customer.

· The Contractor shall process incoming requirements pertaining to access administration virus scanning services, stand-alone desktop, laptop, computing services, Servers, printers and peripheral services.

· The Contractor shall process requirements pertaining to data transfer services.

· The Contractor shall participate in ongoing customer projects, to streamline account administration and data management.

· The Contractor shall distribute customer electronic credentials to users.

Estimated Salary:

Mandatory Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:

· Demonstrated experience in first and second-tier problem solving support related to standard desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

· Demonstrated experience knowledge of proprietary methods for handling sensitive data.

· Demonstrated experience with requirements tracking.

· Demonstrated experience explaining policies, rules, procedures and technical information clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical mission partners.

· Demonstrated experience with applications Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

· Demonstrated experience working independently to successfully resolve routine to complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

· Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting server, application, web certificate, share drive and user access with and the ability to resolve complex problems with maximum resourcefulness and speed using available resources.
