Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.
The Contractor Team shall provide communication, risk, schedule and program management support for the customers Front Office with the goal of delivering the full set of core HR capabilities onto a common platform on budget and on schedule.
The Contractor Team shall coordinate communications between the customers Implementation Team, customer Customers, and customer Executive Management.
The Contractor Team shall provide one contractor to serve as a lead, managing day to day activates of the team and communicating with the customer’s GTM as required.
The Contractor Team shall assist the customer develop documentation such as briefings and reports to facilitate program and executive leadership level communication.
The Contractor Team shall facilitate and track meetings and deliverables.
The Contractor Team shall ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance from the customer is clearly communicated down to the implementation team.
The Contractor Team shall provide administrative and maintenance duties for the customers communication tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
The Contractor Team shall maintain and manage the customers integration roadmap including all program integration points.
The Contractor Team shall develop and maintain the program integrated master schedule.
The Contractor Team shall facilitate program integration by resolving project plan and schedule issues based on a clear understanding of customer requirements, schedule, quality, and performance.
The Contractor Team shall monitor and report implementation progress toward customer requirements and identifying completions in work and in backlog.
The Contractor Team shall provide guidance and oversight to project implementation quality assurance by evaluating and monitoring schedule, performance, assessing variances from the plan, and tracking progress of necessary corrective actions.
The Contractor Team shall identify, prioritize, and develop risk mitigations for risks and opportunities.
The Contractor Team shall assess risk tolerances of senior-level management, customers and other stakeholders to determine overall acceptable levels of risk and provide risk management support accordingly.
The Contractor Team shall populate and manage the risk register.

Demonstrated experience documenting and sharing the outcome of program events.
