Description:

Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

The customer is responsible for training entry level officers. The customer developed a multi-month training program that is a series of learning modules that employ a variety of teaching methods for adult education, and conducted in a learning environment that is sufficiently complex to be realistic, but is also tractable within the class period. The customer requires a team of technical support to the course that will consist of administration, development and production for an enterprise level training course. The Systems Administrators (Sys Admins) will provide support to customer approved systems and established workflow. Individuals will manage multiple baselines, recommend and implement new processes to streamline and automate workflows. The Contractors will proactively interact with partners to collaborate on technologies, sharing data and effective training methodologies to develop technical solutions to enhance mission. The Sys Admin Team shall provide support for training courses at customer’s facility, which do not follow official Office of Personnel Management guidance for weather or other closures or delays. Extended work weeks (EWW) for the Contractors may be required. GTM should be notified of any EWW in advance. The Sys Admin Team shall provide end-to-end administration and management for customer’s proprietary systems workflow in support of training. The Sys Admin Team shall provide end-to-end administration and management for customer’s internet, intranet and standalone systems. The Sys Admin Team shall provide administration and setup of mobile handsets and portable media. The Sys Admin Team shall recommend process improvement to automate or streamline workflows. The Sys Admin Team shall create and produce training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required. The Sys Admin Team shall assist in management and distribution of customer’s mission essential products and other items in support of training. The Sys Admin Team shall provide timely Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to customer’s baseline systems to increase performance and reliability. The Sys Admin Team shall provide customer service support to student and staff trouble calls in a timely manner. The Sys Admin Team shall consult with customer’s curriculum and training department to stay abreast of changes and implement requirements. The Sys Admin Team shall serve as backup for transferring of data for timely delivery of information. The Sys Admin Team shall provide ad-hoc support to enhance training objectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in system administration of managing client and server applications for 75+ user customer base.
2. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in centralized management and deployment of applications and servers in virtualized and traditional environment.
3. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in administrating and managing Microsoft Windows.
4. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in Windows Active Directory Account Access Management and Group Policy.
5. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in Enterprise service delivery and IT ticketing systems.
6. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in remote troubleshooting, diagnostics and performing system backups.

7. (Desired) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education or technical experience.
