Description:

Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

Project Integration Support:
• Work with management, technical teams, and mission partners to ensure goals and requirements are gathered, clearly articulated, documented and tracked to closure.
• Identify what work needs to be done and then work with various team members to ensure the requirements are turned into actionable Agile development tasks: Minimum Value Increments (MVIs).
• Function as the liaison between each team’s customers, staff and contractor, to ensure accurate information flow between all groups and manage the prioritization of each team’s requirements across their specific organizations.
• Coordinate project schedules, document and distribute meeting minutes and action items; and track action items for successful completion.
• Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

Salary Range: Up to $150,000.00 per year

Mandatory Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:
• Demonstrated experience briefing various audiences, including senior leadership and technical experts.
• Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating calendars.
• Demonstrated experience creating appropriate content in VISIO, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Documents.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating complex discussions on technical, programmatic, or leadership issues.
• Demonstrated experience capturing detailed meeting minutes for actions and dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience researching complex topics at both the conceptual and moderately detailed level and provide read out findings.
• Demonstrated experience building rapport and network with other project integration support to maintain open lines and proactive communication.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, presentations and off-sites.
• Demonstrated experience tracking requirements.
• Demonstrated experience collecting, consolidating and organizing comments on documents, briefings, and tee up for Customer’s review.
• Demonstrated experience organizing files, formatting briefings, presentations and other written communications.
