Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

• The Contractor shall work directly and report to the customers Front Office Senior Executive Staff.
• The Contractor shall help to ensure the day-to-day resolution of issues and concerns are met in a timely manner.
• The Contractor shall communicate with team leads and senior leadership, assess changes, and be expected to rapidly change direction in support of new and changing requirements.
• The Contractor shall focus on the planning, development, and execution of program management and communication activities in accordance with the consultation service program objectives.
• The Contractor shall acknowledge new request via email and create new tickets.
• The Contractor shall communicate customer identified work to numerous groups.
• The Contractor shall track work progress via email and other enterprise tools and review project deliverables to provide data and analytics to the customer.
• The Contractor shall review deliverables for grammar, flow, and completeness.
• The Contractor shall assess changes and rapidly change direction in support of new or changing requirements.

Estimated Salary:

Salary Range: Up to $185,000.00 per year

Mandatory Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience writing senior executive level correspondence, briefings, and talking points.
• Demonstrated experience with drafting executive level briefs on technology, program milestones, schedules, strategic initiatives, and other topics of interest.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives to understand and prioritize enterprise and mission requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing short-run technical projects from inception to conclusion.
• Demonstrated experience communicating program updates.
• Demonstrated experience writing and editing documentation deliverables such as manuals, briefings, newsletters, white papers, or reports that are intended for technical, executive, or non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing and communicating with programs requiring security mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience using JIRA and SharePoint for documentation management and collaboration.

Optional Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience interfacing with Executives within the customer’s environment.
• Demonstrated experience with drafting executive level briefs on technology, program milestones, schedules, strategic initiatives, and other topics of interest within the customer’s environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating at the executive level regarding project status, schedule, risks, and milestones.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and managing programs in the customer’s Enterprise IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience understanding customer’s enterprise technologies, processes, and security practices.
• Demonstrated experience creating, modifying, and applying Microsoft templates and styles to establish documentation consistency.
• Demonstrated experience with graphic design or desktop publishing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
