Salary Range: Up to $210,000.00 per year

Mandatory Requirements:
The candidate shall design and develop applications software and systems; collaborate with systems engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of data processing systems for product and Microsoft software and services; and, determines infrastructure needs, analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls.?
Required:
As a UCC SfB Engineer, the candidate will:
Assist with the design of the organizations Skype applications architecture a?nd implementation of hardware and software infrastructure.
Possess a high level of knowledge of Skype for Business.
Possess broad system experience and understanding of supporting elements of the architecture, including the OS and relevant networks.
Plan and implement Skype for Business upgrades, and must understand the customer environment to be able to modify standard deployment packages conforming to the unique security architecture in place.
Evaluate the current environment and support creation of a platform roadmap, analyze system performance, and recommend corrective and preemptive actions.
Conceptualize, design, and implement solutions to problems reported or discovered, and continuously improve the quality of service provided by the Skype for Business application.
Deliver timely and high-quality solutions to customer problems and requests focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.

Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) on iterative development projects
Knowledge of Agile development principles
A desire to work with Microsoft AZURE and M365 resulting in the ability to design, implement, and configure Microsoft Teams
SQL Enterprise 2014 and 2019
Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g. Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.) or the ability to automate through PowerShell script
